Occupational Summary:
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a full-time Executive Director of Administration to provide
administrative leadership and oversight.
Work Performed:
Individual is responsible for
developing and implementing long-range goals and objectives. Executive
Director will direct the full range of administrative and fiscal activities for the Department including finance, accounting, grants and contracts, personnel and payroll, medical education, ambulatory care services and quality assurance. The position is accountable for the Department's programmatic results and budgetary performance over the areas of teaching, research and inpatient and outpatient care programs.
Qualifications:
Master's in Business Administration, Finance or Hospital Administration. A minimum of two years of work experience in a Pediatrics Department or Children's Hospital is desired.
