Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Neonatal-Perinatal Program Director. The Director coordinates services between OU Medical Center (OUMC), OU Physicians (OUP), Department of OB/Gyn and Department of Neonatology to ensure a high-quality, well coordinated, seamless transition for all aspects of high-risk maternal-fetal care, including prenatal diagnosis, genetics, labor and delivery, NICU and pediatric subspecialties. The Director is also responsible for the maintenance and growth of desired market shares in these areas for both institutions.

Required:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field plus 5 years experience working in a tertiary setting. Experience and knowledge of third-party payors and contracting, experience in planning and development of business and marketing plans, and experience in managing multiple projects in multiple locations are also required.

Preferred:
Master’s degree plus 10 or more years experience preferred.
