The Faculty Salary and Productivity Survey is conducted by the Association of Administrators in Academic Pediatrics (AAAP) on an annual basis. Data is typically collected mid-late fall of the calendar year with results available in January. The data collection period is for the most recently completed fiscal year.
The report presents faculty compensation, breaking out base and incentive/bonus compensation by rank, subspecialty, and region and is provided electronically, through eThority, to all participants. The summary-level data include previously compiled surveys from 2000 through present, enabling trended comparisons.
